Algeria Declares Public Holiday To Coincide With Today's Parliamentary Elections

Today has been declared a one-off public holiday in Algeria to facilitate participation in the parliamentary elections.


This confirms our prediction of earlier this year (17-Feb-2007), that the date would be declared an official public holiday in Algeria.
