The Bolivian Ministry of Labour announced, yesterday, that Bolivia would not move the observance of Labour Day (Día del Trabajador) from May 1 to Monday, April 30, 2007.

Recall that in 2004, and after a lot of hesitation, the Government of Bolivia issued Decreto Supremo 27468 making Monday, May 3, 2004, a one-off public holiday (2004-04-29).
