The Romanian media are reporting that an electoral bridge public holiday is likely on Monday, November 30, 2009.

That date would follow the November 28 first round of Presidential election, while Tuesday, December 1, is Romania's National Day public holiday.

Such one-off bridge public holidays have, in the past, been declared for important public holidays, such as May Day (21-Apr-2008 and 25-Apr-2007).
