Ivory Coast Declares Prophet's Birthday Public Holiday Again

The Ivory Coast government of Alassane Ouattara has announced that tomorrow, Wednesday, February 16, 2011, would be another nationwide public holiday (jour férié, chômé et payé sur toute l'étendue du territoire ivoirien) on account of the upcoming Prophet's Birthday.
Recall that, yesterday (2011-02-14), the minister of labour of the Ivory Coast government of Laurent Gbagbo had announced that Tuesday, February 15, 2011, would be a nationwide public holiday (journée fériée, chômée, payée sur toute l'étendue du territoire ivoirien) as per the "décret n° 96-205 du 7 mars 1996, déterminant la liste et le régime des jours fériés" (1996-05-09).
