Kuwait's Undersecretary at the Civil Service Commission (CSC), Mohammed Al-Roumi, has announced that the upcoming End of Ramadan public sector holidays would most likely last 5 days, from Tuesday, August 30, until Saturday, September 3, 2011.

The aforementioned announcement did evoke the possibility that the upcoming Eid public holidays would begin on Wednesday, August 31, 2011, instead, but that is an unlikely possibility for Kuwait which has traditionally always followed the Saudi Umm al-Qora calendar, except in rare cases (2011-02-15).
