Lebanon Declares August 15 Public Holiday

The office of Lebanese Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, has announced that public administrations, public institutions, and municipalities would be closed on Monday, August 15, 2011, on the occasion of the upcoming public holiday for the Assumption.

The aforementioned announcement is in line with the list of official 2011 non-working public holidays in Lebanon, as announced at the end of last year (2010-11-27).
