Paraguay's President, Fernando Lugo, has decreed a non-working public sector holiday for Wednesday, April 20, 2011, to let civil servants begin their Holy Week earlier.
As per the aforementioned Decreto Nº 6.469, Paraguay's public servants will be off on Wednesday, April 20, 2011, at 11am, as has often been the case in the past (30-Mar-2010 and 06-Apr-2009).
