Peru Declares March 18 Mourning Holiday

The government of Peru has issued an executive decree (Decreto Supremo) which declares tomorrow, Friday, March 18, 2011, a national day of mourning for the victims of the recent Japanese earthquake and tsunami.

As per the text of the aforementioned executive decree, Friday, March 18, 2011, will be a regular working day for both the public and private sectors.
