Qatar 2011 Eid al-Adha Financial Sector Holidays

The Qatar Exchange (stock market) announced that it would remain closed from Sunday to Tuesday, November 6 to 8, 2011, inclusively, on account of the upcoming Eid al-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice) non-working public holidays in Qatar.

Earlier this week (2011-11-01), the Qatari government had announced that the private sector public holidays and bank holidays from Sunday, November 6, to Tuesday, November 8, 2011, inclusively, while the public sector holidays for ministries, governmental organs and the public authorities and departments, are set to run from Sunday, November 6, to Sunday, November 13, 2011, inclusively.
