Turkmenistan's President, Gurbanguly Berdimuhammadov, has signed a decree declaring Monday to Wednesday, November 7-9, 2011, as non-working public holidays in connection with the upcoming celebration of Kurban Bayram in Turkmenistan.

As was the case last year (2010-11-13), but contrary to what happened the year before (2009-11-10) a 4th day was not declared as this year's Gurban Bayram public holidays do not overlap a weekend.
