Bolivia's Ministry of Labour has announced the upcoming fiesta de Todos los Santos annual non-working public holiday would be observed on Friday, November 2, 2012, in all sectors of the Bolivian economy.
In addition, Saturday afternoon, November 3, 2012, will be a day off beginning at noon, while the public sector will work without a lunch break on Thursday, November 1, 2012, so that they may be off work at 16:00 (4 pm).
As per the aforementioned announcement, both of these public holidays will be non-working public holidays for both the public and private sectors ("feriado nacional con suspensión de actividades tanto privadas como públicas").
