Bulgarian 2013 Public Holidays Announced

The Bulgarian Council of Ministers has released the full list of regular non-working public holidays and additional bridge public holidays for the calendar year 2013.

According to the aforementioned announcement (Decision No.945 of 15 November 2012 for placing of weekends during 2013 - State Gazette 91/2012), which extends an earlier announcement of the extended Easter 2013 public holidays (2012-09-24), by which Bulgarians would get additional non-working public holidays on May 2 and December 31, 2013.

As is customary, (2011-11-17, 2010-12-16, 2009-12-16, 2009-09-10 and 2009-02-19), these 2 additional non-working public holidays will be compensated by the declaration of the same number of working Saturdays.
