In the aforementioned decree ("DECRETO 30/2012, de 16 de agosto, de la Comunidad Autónoma de Castilla y León, por el que se establece el Calendario de Fiestas Laborales en el ámbito de la Comunidad de Castilla y León para el año 2013"), which applies to the provinces of Ávila, Burgos, León, Palencia, Salamanca, Segovia, Soria, Valladolid y Zamora, for the upcoming calendar year 2013, the Consejo de Gobierno de la Junta de Castilla y León has decided to include the Monday that follows Epipahny as well as the usual Fiesta de la Comunidad, on April 23, as regional public holiday in Castilla y León in 2013.

Note that, contrary to previous years (2011-09-02, 2010-09-17), the Saint Joseph's Day holiday on March 19, and the July 25, Santiago Apóstol holidays, will not be regional public holiday in Castilla y León in 2013.
