The Directora General de Trabajo y Prevención de Riesgos de Navarra has published the list of 2013 public holidays in Spain's Autonomous Region of Navarra.

In 2013, as per the "RESOLUCIÓN 453/2012, de 30 de mayo, de la Directora General de Trabajo y Prevención de Riesgos, por la que se establece el calendario oficial de fiestas laborales para el año 2013 con carácter retribuido y no recuperable en el ámbito de la Comunidad Foral de Navarra", as published in the "Boletín Oficial de Navarra Número 113 de 14 de junio de 2012", the Autonomous Región of Navarra has declared regional public holidays on the Monday after the Epiphany, Easter Monday (Pascua Florida or Pascua de Resurrección), July 25 (Santiago Apostol), and December 3 (San Francisco Javier, Día de Navarra).

Once again (2011-12-29, 2010-07-01, 2009-06-26), the March 19 San José public holiday regional public holiday in Navarra has been swapped in favor of the July 25 (Santiago Apostol) regional public holiday.

Note that the aforementioned announcement comes much earlier than the announcement of 2012 public holidays in Spain's Autonomous Región of Navarra (2011-12-29).
