Two Chilean members of Parliament, Osvaldo Andrade (PS) and Tucapel Jiménez (PPD), have introduced a bill in the lower house of Parliament (Cámara de Diputados) to eliminate 4 religious annual non-working public holiday in Chile.
Christmas Day is excluded from the list of religious public holidays contemplated by the aforementioned bill.
