New Zealand 2017 Public Holidays Amended

The New Zealand Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment has released a further amended list of non-working public holidays for the calendar year 2017.

Following the passing of the "Holidays (Full Recognition of Waitangi Day and Anzac Day) Amendment Bill" (2013-04-17), the New Zealand Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment has released a series of amended lists of non-working public holidays (2013-05-25) with the remark that "From 1 January 2014 the public holiday for ANZAC Day and Waitangi Day will be "Mondayised" if they fall on a Saturday or Sunday".
