Romanian Public Holidays May 2 and 3

The Romanian Government has adopted a resolution declaring Thursday and Friday, May 2 and 3, 2013, as additional one-off non-working public holidays in Romania.

As per the aforementioned announcement, the declaration of Thursday and Friday, May 2 and 3, 2013, as additional one-off non-working public holidays in Romania, means that Romanians will be on public holidays from Wednesday, May 1st, until Monday, May 6, which corresponds to Orthodox Easter Monday, as announced in the official list of 2013 non-working public holidays in Romania (zile libere si sarbatorile oficiale) which was released last fall (13-Nov-2012).
