The government of the Solomon Islands has announced that it had declared tomorrow, Monday, July 8, 2013, as another additional non-working public holiday in the Solomon Islands, on account of this year's 35th Independence Day public holiday.
According to the aforementioned communiqué, the Independence Day public holiday is usually observed in the Solomon Islands on July 7, which this year, falls on Sunday. Therefore, the Government has declared Monday, July 8, 2013, as another additional non-working public holiday in the Solomon Islands.
