Bahrain 2014 Prophet's Birthday Bank Holiday

The Central Bank of Bahrain has announced that it would declare a bank holiday on Monday, January 13, 2014, to mark the upcoming official annual non-working public holiday in Bahrain to mark the Birthday of Prophet Mohammed for the Islamic year 1435.

The aforementioned announcement follows yesterday's release (2014-01-09) by Bahrain's Prime Minister, Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, of a circular declaring Monday, January 13, 2014, to mark the upcoming official annual non-working public holiday in Bahrain to mark the Birthday of Prophet Mohammed for the Islamic year 1435.
