Bhutanese Public Holiday May 2nd

The Royal Civil Service Commission of the Government of Bhutan has announced that Friday, May 2nd, 2014, would be a non-working public holiday throughout Bhutan on the occasion of the upcoming Birth Anniversary of the late Third King, His Majesty Jigme Dorji Wangchuck, annual Bhutanese public holiday.

The aforementioned declaration of Friday, May 2nd, 2014, as a non-working public holiday throughout Bhutan, is in line with the official list of national and regional non-working public holidays in Bhutan for the calendar year 2014, released last fall (2013-11-15) by the Royal Civil Service Commission of the Government of Bhutan.
