Bulgarian 2015 Public Holidays Announced

The Bulgarian Council of Ministers has released its annual list of regular non-working public holidays and annual one-off bridge public holidays for the calendar year 2015 in Bulgaria.

As per the aforementioned announcement (Decision No.748 of November 5, 2014; the reversal of the holidays in 2015), signed by Bulgarian Prime Minister, George Bliznashki, there will be a period of non-working public holidays in Bulgaria from December 31, 2014, to January 4, 2015, as well a one-off bridge public holiday on March 2, 2015, and a one-off non-working public holiday in Bulgaria on December 31, 2015.

As is customary, (2013-11-14, 2012-11-15, 2011-11-17, 2010-12-16, 2009-12-16, 2009-09-10 and 2009-02-19), these additional non-working public holidays will be compensated by the declaration of the same number of working Saturdays.
