Costa Rica's recently-inaugurated president, Luis Guillermo Solís Rivera, has ruled-out the notion that he would declare one or more one-off non-working public holidays in Costa Rica, to coincide with the upcoming Soccer World Cup, and in particular on June 14, 2014, when Costa Rica faces Uruguay.
Costa Rica's president, Luis Guillermo Solís Rivera, was inaugurated last week, a day which had been declared as a one-off non-working public sector holiday in Costa Rica (2014-04-29).
