Nepalese Bhoto Jatra Public Holiday Sunday

The government of Nepal has announced that the previously-announced regional public sector holiday on Sunday, June 22, 2014, had been extended into a nationwide non-working public holiday throughout Nepal on account of the upcoming Bhoto Jatra.

The aforementioned announcement of Sunday, June 22, 2014, had been extended into a nationwide non-working public holiday throughout Nepal on account of the upcoming Bhoto Jatra, follows the recent declaration of Sunday, June 22, 2014, as a regional public sector holiday on account of the CA Polls by-elections (2014-06-18), and is in addition to the recent (2014-03-02) gazetted list of official non-working public holidays in Nepal for the Nepalese year 2071 (mid-April 2014 to mid-April 2015).
