The government of Tunisia (Présidence du Gouvernement) has announced that the upcoming Aïd El-Idha (Feast of Sacrifice) annual non-working public holidays throughout Tunisia would be observed on Thursday and Friday, September 24 and 25, 2015.
The aforementioned announcement of Thursday and Friday, September 24 and 25, 2015, as the dates of the upcoming Aïd El-Idha annual non-working public holidays throughout Tunisia, is a day later than the dates set out in last year's (2014-12-08) announcement by the government of Tunisia of its official list of the annual non-working public holidays in Tunisia for the calendar year 2015, and is most likely due to last night's surprise announcement of a change in the date of the upcoming Eid al Adha by Saudi Arabia (2015-09-14).
