Ghana's Minister of the Interior, Prosper Bani, has announced that the Government of Ghana had declared Wednesday, May 25, 2016, as a statutory non-working public holiday in Ghana on account of the upcoming African Union Day annual public holiday.
The aforementioned announcement that Wednesday, May 25, 2016, had been declared a statutory non-working public holiday in Ghana, and other similar ones of the past (2015-05-20 and 2013-05-24), is in line with the list of official 2016 non-working public holidays in Ghana, announced earlier this year (2016-01-01).
