Macedonia's Ministry of Labour and Social Policy has announced that Tuesday, July 5, 2016, would be a non-working public holiday throughout Macedonia "for all citizens of the Republic of Macedonia" on account of the upcoming "first day Ramadan Bairam" annual public holiday in Macedonia for the calendar year 2016.
The above is in line with the Macedonian Ministry of Labour and Social Policy's official list of 2016 public holidays in Macedonia, as published last autumn (2015-10-27), and, more generally with the Law on Holidays of the Republic of Macedonia (Official Gazette, and Br.21/98 7.18) as last amended in 2007 (2007-02-08).
