The North Korean government has released its annual list of official non-working public holidays in North Korea for the upcoming calendar year 2017.

As usual, the aforementioned announcement of the list of non-working public holidays in North Korea for the upcoming calendar year 2017 is closely watched for the apparition of a new annual non-working public holiday on January 8th (07-Dec-2015, 06-Jan-2015, 29-Nov-2014, 08-Jan-2014, 31-Dec-2013, 08-Jan-2013, 23-Dec-2010, 07-Jan-2010, and 06-Jan-2010), but to no avail.
