The annual list of official non-working public holidays in Hungary for the calendar year 2018, as announced by the Government of Hungary, upon the recommendation of the Hungarian National Economy Minister, has been officially gazetted.
Yesterday's publication of the annual list of official non-working public holidays in Hungary for the calendar year 2018 in the Official Gazette follows last month's announcement (2017-04-07) by the Government of Hungary of an expanded version of its annual list of official non-working public holidays in Hungary for the calendar year 2018, as had been done in past years (2015-06-30, 2015-04-30, 2014-07-25, 2013-09-28, 2012-11-22, 2012-09-07, 2011-10-15, 2010-11-21, 2009-09-29, 2008-07-22, 2007-11-20, and 2006-09-12), applicable to both the private and public sectors ("E rendelet hatálya kiterjed minden munkáltatóra és az általuk foglalkoztatottakra").
