The government of the Indian State of Haryana has declared Thursday, June 29, 2017, as a public holiday in all its offices, educational and other institutes and boards and corporations in the jurisdiction of the areas of poll for Panchayat by-elections.

The aforementioned announcement of Thursday, June 29, 2017, as a public holiday in India's State of Haryana thus amends last autumn's Haryana Government Order No.28/67/2008-3gS11, covering General Holidays, Restricted Holidays, and Holidays declared under N.I. Act, 1881 in India's state of Haryana for the upcoming calendar year 2017 (2016-11-26).
