The UAE Federal Government, through its respective ministries, has announced the dates of the annual upcoming 2017 Eid Al Adha (Feast of Sacrifice) non-working public holidays, as usual in separate announcements for the public sector and the private sector of the UAE.
The UAE's Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, has announced that the upcoming Eid Al Adha public holidays in ministries and federal institutions would run from August 31, until September 3, 2017, inclusively.
In a separate announcement, Saqr Ghobash, the UAE's Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, officially announced that all business establishments in the private sector would observe non-working public holidays from run from August 31, until September 2, 2017, inclusively.
The aforementioned announcements of the dates of the upcoming Eid al-Adha annual non-working public holidays in the UAE, are in line with the dates set out in the announcement (2017-01-03) by the government of the UAE of its official list of the annual non-working public holidays in the UAE for the calendar year 2017.
