The Consejería de Economía y Hacienda del Gobierno de Cantabria has gazetted its annual list of 2019 annual non-working public holidays (calendario laboral) in Spain's Autonomous Region of Cantabria.

The aforementioned announcement of the list of 2019 annual non-working public holidays in Spain's Autonomous Region of Cantabria should soon be followed by an "Orden de la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria, por la que se establece el Calendario de Fiestas Laborales para el año 2019 en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria", established in line with the dispositions of the Real Decreto 2001/1983, as amended by the Real Decreto 1346/1989.

In 2019, as was the case in the past (2014-07-02, 2013-10-10, 2012-08-22 and 2011-08-12), apart from the 3 past years (2016-07-19 and 2015-08-18), the autonomy declared Easter Monday as a public holiday, instead of July 28 (Día de las Instituciones).
