The government of Moldova has posted an online draft version of the extension to the list of 2018 annual non-working public holidays in Moldova ("Proiect H.G. Cu privire la transferul unor zile de odihnă în anul 2018"), which would add 4 one-off 2018 non-working public holidays in Moldova to the annual official list of non-working public holidays in Moldova for the upcoming calendar year 2018.
However, for the past 3 years (2016-10-17, 2015-10-26, and 2014-11-16), well in advance of the beginning of the New Year, the government of Moldova announced annual extensions of bridge non-working public holidays in Moldova in the year to come, to be compensated by a nearby Saturday being declared a regular working day in Moldova, and did not tinker any further with that list of non-working public holidays in Moldova for the coming calendar year.
