The government of Nepal has announced that it was considering the declaration of Thursday and Friday, August 30-31, 2018, as non-working public holidays in Nepal on account of the upcoming BIMSTEC Summit.

If it came to pass, the declaration of Thursday and Friday, August 30-31, 2018, as non-working public holidays in Nepal on account of the upcoming BIMSTEC Summit, would be in addition to the gazetted list of official non-working public holidays in Nepal for the Nepalese year B.S. 2075 (2018-03-31).
