The Minister of Interior of the Federal Government of Nigeria, Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau, has announced that the Nigerian Government, had declared Tuesday, November 20, 2018, as a non-working public holiday throughout Nigeria to mark the Eid-El Maulud (birth of Prophet Muhammad) celebration.

This year's declaration of Tuesday, November 20, 2018, as a non-working public holiday throughout Nigeria to mark the Eid-El Maulud (birth of Prophet Muhammad) celebration, as was the case last year (29-Nov-2017), should be more straightforward than it was 3 years ago (22-Dec-2015, 17-Dec-2015 and 30-Dec-2014).
