Vanuatu Rules-Out Public Holiday On January 2

Source: Government of Vanuatu (Port Vila)
Posted: Sunday, December 30, 2018

The Office of the President of Vanuatu has issued a statement ruling-out the declaration of Wednesday, January 2, 2019, as a one-off non-working public holiday in Vanuatu.

The declaration of Wednesday, January 2, 2019, as a one-off non-working public holiday in Vanuatu, would have amended the yet to be released list of 2019 public holidays in Vanuatu, as was done in the past (2018-12-30 and 2017-06-17), for the list of non-working public holidays in Vanuatu.
