The Ministry of Labour and Social Partnership Relations of the Government of Barbados has issued a statement advising that Monday, April 29, would be observed as a non-working public holiday in Barbados on account of National Heroes Day.
As per the aforementioned statement, "this is in accordance with the First Schedule of the Public Holidays Act which states that “where in any year the 28th April falls on a Sunday, the next following Monday shall be a public holiday".
