The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) and the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) have announced bank holidays closures, from Sunday, August 11, 2019, to Tuesday, August 13, 2019, on account of the upcoming Eid al-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice) annual non-working public holidays of Egypt.
Earlier today (2019-08-07), Egypt's Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly, issued a decree declaring a 4-day period of non-working public sector holidays in Egypt, from the day of Arafat until the third day of the Eid al-Adha.
