India Madhya Pradesh Amends 2020 Public Holidays

The Government of India's State of Madhya Pradesh has announced that, from 2020 onward, it would observe an annual non-working public holiday in Madhya Pradesh on August 9, on account of the annual World Tribal Day.

The aforementioned declaration of August 9, as a new annual non-working public holiday in Madhya Pradesh, on account of World Tribal Day, is in addition to the list of the days which were to be non-working public holidays in India's State of Madhya Pradesh during the calendar year 2020, as announced by the Government of India's State of Madhya Pradesh, earlier this month (2019-12-12).
