Today's announced decree (Постановление Правительства РК о переносе дней отдыха в 2020 году) is in line with the draft of this past summer (2019-08-29), released by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Kazakhstan, containing draft amendment to the annual list of 2020 public holidays in Kazakhstan, "with a view to rational use of working time in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 85 of the Labor Code", in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
