The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the government of Myanmar has announced Monday, August 12, 2019, as the date of the official Myanmar bank holiday and non-working public holiday in Myanmar for the upcoming 2019 Eid ul-Adha Day (Feast of Sacrifice).
The aforementioned announcement of Monday, August 12, 2019, as the date of the upcoming 2019 Eid ul-Adha Day (Feast of Sacrifice) public holiday in Myanmar, thus partially completes the annual list of the dates of the official Myanmar bank holidays and non-working public holidays in Myanmar for the calendar year 2019, as released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the government of Myanmar, late last year (2018-11-19), as in past years (2017-11-30, 2016-11-20, 2015-11-13, 2014-11-03, 2013-11-01, 2012-12-18, 2011-10-19, and 2010-09-21).
However, these annual announcements of the list of public holidays in Myanmar for the following year, are always incomplete, with the date of the Eid ul-Adha Day (Feast of Sacrifice) and Deepavali public holidays of Myanmar.
