The ministry of the interior of the Government of Pakistan has issued a press release/corrigendum, announcing the date of the upcoming Prophet's Birthday public holiday of Pakistan, would be moved to Sunday, November 11, 2019 (and therefore that Monday, November 11, 2019, is a regular working day).
Recall that, last week (2019-10-30), the Chairman of Pakistan's Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman, had announced that the Rabi-ul-Awwal Moon had been sighted the night before, indicating that the Prophet's Birthday, would be celebrated on Sunday, November 10, 2019, in contrast with the date of the Prophet's Birthday public holiday in Pakistan, as announced in the "expected dates for public and optional holidays for the calendar year 2019" published by the Government of Pakistan at the beginning of the current year (2019-01-09).
