The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has issued a decree declaring November 10 as a new annual public holiday, Victory Day, to mark the date when the trilateral agreement to end the recent war in Karabakh was signed.

The declaration of November 10 as the new, Victory Day, annual public holiday in Azerbaijan, does not amend the list of non-working 2020 public holidays in Azerbaijan, but it will affect the list of 2021 public holidays in Azerbaijan.
