Bénin 2020 Public Holidays Announced

The government of Bénin has announced its annual list of non-working public holidays in Bénin for the calendar year 2020.

As in past years (2019-01-16, 2018-01-24, 2017-02-11, 2016-02-24, 2015-01-09, 2014-01-12, 2013-02-15 and 2012-02-05), the dates of the Muslim public holidays in Benin for 2020 are left to be determined at a later date, and we can expect some one-off public holidays to be declared as the year progresses (2019-08-09, 2019-06-03, 2017-01-06, 2016-12-09, 2016-09-08, 2016-08-12, 2016-07-02, 2016-04-05, 2016-03-03, 2015-12-21, 2015-04-19, 2011-11-17, 2011-07-27, 2011-03-10, 2011-01-24, and 2010-05-12), although such declaration of one-off non-working public holidays in the Benin have been curtailed in recent years.
