The Government of India's state of Haryana has published the General Administration Department Notification No. 28/67 /2018-3GSII containing the annual list of non-working public holidays in India's state of Haryana for the upcoming calendar year 2021 ("It Is hereby notified that the holidays enumerated In the schedule below shall be observed as public holidays In the public offices under the Haryana Government during the Calendar Year 2021.").
The aforementioned notification of the annual list of the days which will be non-working public holidays in India's state of Haryana for the upcoming calendar year 2021, as usual (2019-12-05, 2018-12-01, 2017-12-28 and 2016-11-26), as contained in the General Administration Department Notification No. 28/67 /2018-3GSII, specifies that "The following festivals and occasions which fall on closed day have been excluded from the list of Public Holidays: ".
These 8 public holidays, not mentioned in 2021 due to their falling on closed days, are: Guru Ravidas Jayanti, Mahavir Jayanti, Maharana Pratap Jayanti, Shaheed Udham Singh Martyrdom Day, Independence Day, Raksha Bandhan, Mahatama Gandhi Jayanti, and Christmas.
