Northern Territory 2021-2022-2023 Public Holidays Announced

The Department of the Chief Minister and Cabinet of the Government of Australia's Northern Territory has gazetted, the list of 2021-2022-2023 public holidays in Australia's Northern Territory.

The aforementioned, as was the case when the 2020 NT public holidays were announced (2020-01-10), states that "From December 2016, the following days and times will be observed as public holidays for employment purposes: Christmas Eve, 24 December - 7pm to midnight and New Year's Eve, 31 December - 7pm to midnight", is in line with past years' announcements of the public holidays in Australia's Northern Territory (2016-08-01, 2015-12-21 and 2015-10-04), made in in accordance with Public Holidays Act (NT).

The announcement also includes the dates of the 2021-2022-2023 regional Northern Territory public holidays for: Borroloola Show Day (June 26), Alice Springs Show Day (July 3), Tennant Creek Show Day (July 10), Katherine Show Day (July 17), and Darwin Show Day (July 24).
