The aforementioned announcement of the cancellation of the upcoming, July 29, 2020, public holiday of Peru, thus amends the list of 2020 public holidays in Peru, as contained in the Decreto Supremo Nº 197-2019-PCM, gazetted by the Peruvian government, late last year (2019-12-21), and which expanded the list of 2020 public holidays in Peru.
