Guinea Conakry Rules-Out October 4 Public Holiday

The Ministre de la Fonction Publique et du Travail of the government of Guinea Conakry, Mamadou Ballo, has announced that Monday, October 4, 2021, had not been declared as a day in lieu non-working public holiday, as the upcoming Independence Day public holiday falls on a Saturday, a working day in Guinea Conakry.

The aforementioned announcement that Monday, October 4, 2021, would be a regular working day, is in line with the list of 2021 non-working public holidays (jours chômés et payés) in the Republic of Guinea Conakry, as announced by its government, at the beginning of this year (2021-01-10).
