This run-time message, which was preceded by a matching design-time message, occurs at the end of diary generation if one or more of the Pictures used by your output file contains a link to a file which has been updated/modified since it was last imported into QuarkXPress or InDesign.

It corresponds to:

the message "The modification date of this picture has changed since it was imported" displayed in the Usage dialog available from the Tools menu of QuarkXPress, or

the Status: Modified label in the Links panel of InDesign.

This message is only generated if one of the QuarkXPress or InDesign files, used in either a GridTemplate or in Info Pages, already contains pictureboxes which refer to unavailable image files.

Trying to insert an unavailable image in a picturebox during diary generation causes another message to be issued.

Other possible source for this message

When using InDesign, this message can also be generated if the PDF used does not contain embedded fonts, and the fonts used in the PDF are not available on your computer.

This would correspond to the appearance of the message on the right when opening the InDesign document manually.
