This message is displayed if the application server does not seem to be running on the LAN local server computer when you try to launch Q++Studio.

 

➢The application server must be running before you can launch Q++Studio on your workstation.

➢The server computer must be logged-in under Windows for the application server to run.

 

Usually the application server is launched automatically when a Windows log in is performed on the server. The cause of this message can therefore be one of the following:

 

•The server computer was restarted but no Windows login was performed.

•The application server executable was shutdown by someone.

 

The solution is usually to make sure the application server is running.

 

If the above does not resolve the problem, please contact technical support, being sure to mention the error message ID 165300.
