Estos comentarios, sobre los días feriados en Malta, son in Ingles. A recent law has put an official end to that practice, but there have been vocal protests so that business travelers are advised to avoid trying to organize any business on the Monday following a week-end holiday.  Sette Giugno is the Commemoration of the 1919 Uprising.  Post-Electtion Mondays: On the Monday after a general election, business is likely to come to a standstill and school transportation is traditionally not available.
